Drop and bubble profile analysis belongs to the most modern methods to measure the surface and interfacial tension of liquids. Principle is based on the analysis of the shape of pendent and sessile drops or buoyant and captive bubbles. Manual operation allows even simple dilational elasticity experiments.
This instrument is the low-cost version of our high-end automatic profile analysis tensiometer PAT-1.
